Q: Will my new car have a warranty?
We offer a range of warranties for up to 3 years with unlimited mileage. Many of our cars, however, still carry much of the original manufacturers’ warranty. For those that don’t we will include 3 months warranty in the price.
Q: What happens if my new car is stolen or becomes a total loss?
We would recommend that you take out GAP insurance. GAP Insurance covers the difference between what you owe on finance or the difference between what you paid and the insurance settlement if it is declared a write-off.
Q: How can I keep my new car looking new?
Springfield Used2 is a fully authorised Diamond Brite Centre. Diamond Brite coats your car with a hard, high-gloss protective paint sealant and prevents road salts, traffic film, acid rain, tree sap, insect fluid and other atmospheric pollutants from contacting your car’s paintwork.
Q: What will I need to bring with me to purchase a new car?
We want to make your life as easy as it can be so all we need are your:
- UK driving licence (if new style bring paper and card sections) showing your current address.
- Bank Statement or a utility bill dated in the last 90 days.
Q: If I am trading in my car for a new one do I need to bring any other documents?
Yes, we will need your car’s:
- V5 Registration documents.
- Current MOT certificate.
- Service history documents.
- Keys, including spares.
Q: Does Springfield Used2 accept Part Exchanges?
Yes of course. We will take cars, vans, motorbikes, caravans, just call in and we’ll see what we can do.
